Acupuncture and/or Chinese herbals may be helpful:

Acupuncture effects:

Acupuncture and Chinese herbals are practiced according to
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), where the emphasis is disease prevention and correction of underlying imbalances. This approach is different from standard medical practice, where existing disease is diagnosed
and directly treated.
